Rotating the Echo bike into more of my workouts lately and I'm realizing it's still the most savage piece of equipment in the gym, literally, no matter how fit you are, it finds a way to hurt you, even me who's been on gyming for 2 years now, would also like to share that I've been alternating 10 min EMOM sprints with 20 sec max efforts every 2 mins, and it leaves my legs cooked
