Echo bike owners

Rotating the Echo bike into more of my workouts lately and I'm realizing it's still the most savage piece of equipment in the gym, literally, no matter how fit you are, it finds a way to hurt you, even me who's been on gyming for 2 years now, would also like to share that I've been alternating 10 min EMOM sprints with 20 sec max efforts every 2 mins, and it leaves my legs cooked
 
You know what, the bike humbles me every time. Ten minutes on that thing feels like a full workout by itself. Hahaha. I must say it's a must have for people who prio cardio.
 
The Echo bike makes treadmills and rowers feel like recovery tools, not cardio equipment. People overhype CrossFit WODs, but nothing exposes fake conditioning faster than 10 minutes on an Echo bike...it's the great equalizer
