Kettlebells, Slam Balls, or Med Balls?

This came up during a late-night gym convo with my buddy from high school. We were trying to figure out what one piece of gear we'd keep if we had to strip everything down.

I'm torn because I love the old-school look of medicine balls, and they're great for core work, but honestly? I think I'd stick with kettlebells.

I use both kettlebells and med balls probably twice a week, but kettlebells just feel a little more versatile. They just do it all, don't they?

Curious what y'all would keep if you could only pick one.

I'm really into medicine balls. They give you that weird moving weight feel you get when you're on site or handling gear. They're awesome for working your core, grip, and control, way better than kettlebells in some ways. I'm a big fan.

Tough call, but I'd keep kettlebells too, you can swing, press, squat, full-body stuff in one tool. Medicine balls are great, but kettlebells just offer more bang for the buck

Oh, this is tough one. I would like to go with kettlebells, but on the other hand, for me medicine balls are king for upper body workout. Honestly, if someone pointed a gun at my head and told me to decide, I'd tell him to shoot. Can't decide.

Kettlebells all the way. It's like a full body work in one compact tool. If I had to strip it down, I'd keep a 16kg bell and never look back. Med balls are fun, but kettlebells are the Swiss Army knife of training.
