Has anyone tried buying gym floor mats online? I'm thinking of building a small home gym at home, just for my use. I need something that's quick and easy to install but heavy duty! I'm also thinking if I should do some kind of reinforcement on my floor before setting up the mat or will that be enough? Keen to get some advice!

Mats are pretty ok from any site online so long as you got reviews to check. Amazon is the way to go plus free shipping to your doorstep. Not sure if I can send links but you just search the keyword up. I got the one with the highest reviews.

What kind of equipment are you planning to use, just free weights and cardio, or are you setting up heavy machines too? That could really affect whether floor reinforcement's needed.
