I just picked up a biceps/triceps machine I've been eyeing for a while, I am super excited to add it to my home setup, it's compact but great, and should really help with isolating arms more effectively. I can't wait to test it out during my next upper body session

Nice pickup! Since you have a dedicated machine at home, I'm sure it's gonna make it so much easier to isolate those arms. Let us know how it feels after a couple sessions. :)

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to seeing how it feels in a full workout. I'll share an update after a few sessions, I am hoping it becomes a go-to in my routine

Machines like that are underrated, everyone's obsessed with free weights and functional training, but a good isolation machine hits harder when you're chasing real hypertrophy. Barbells build strength, but cables and machines sculpt physiques.

Nice pickup. Those isolation machines can really help you zero in on your arm muscles and break through those tough spots. Great for your home gym
