Finally finishing out my garage gym, and I'm at the point where I need to pick a bench, a flat, adjustable, or both, it doesn't have to be commercial grade, but I also don't want to outgrow it in six months, the main lifts I do basically are bench, dumbbell presses, rows, and a bit of incline work, although it would be great if I can prop it up for seated overhead stuff too and yeah stability and pad quality matter more to me than crazy adjustability or wheels.
Do you guys have any favs or good recos, would very much love to hear
Thanks

I think it's best to go with an adjustable one. You'll cover all the angles without worrying about taking up too much space, which is the biggest concern with most people's home gyms. The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 is an excellent bench, but it's not the most affordable one. A good bang for the buck is Titan Series Adjustable Bench

No need for 9 back pad settings if you're not doing fancy accessory work. Rep and Titan are higher end adjustable benches, also, you might not need both flat and adjustable if you pick the right one from the start.
